Did a good job , diagnosed my symptoms and called in the prescription I needed
The nurse was great!
Care was great, but required an appointment. I did not see this on the website when I checked online for hours, so this visit required two trips. I live relatively close, so it was a mild inconvenience. Had I needed to travel from another town, it would have been difficult and I would have gone elsewhere the next day - which was Monday.
The service from the front desk, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner was great. They were extremely professional and efficient in taking care of my needs (it was the end of the day and they still were able to see me, diagnose, and get the prescription to the pharmacy prior to the pharmacy closing).
It was great. Very nice and professional people.
The staff was friendly. The facility was nice and clean. There was very little wait time. The medical concern was taken care of.
Answered my related questions and got I my medication sent in.
Tristyn and Amy, NP were both so kind, and knowledgeable and accommodating. Both explained what they were doing. This was a great experience.
