Really enjoyed the people
I had a very positive experience. The receptionist was very nice and professional. Haley Burgi and her medical assistant Michelle treated we kindness and respect from the moment my apt started. They were very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left feeling like I was very well cared for.
Easiest way to have an appt and everything is digitized. Would be nice if there was a patient portal unless there’s one I don’t know about. Just to look at past acute illnesses. But so easy to use.
Got in quick and saw Dr quick. Diagnosed and picked up medication within an hour
Everyone was smiling and friendly The nurse gave me a few tests for covid flu and strep all were negative Got advice what to take for my cold In and out not much of a wait My experience was great Thank you ☺️

Listened and understood situation. They called VA and explained to them that medication was not working in my situation. They followed up next day to see if I needed anything. Awesome people.in Bedford office.
I walked in and they handled effort me. I had not pre registered on line. Person at Front desk
I liked the system that you use in registering , that keeps sick people separate from each other. Everyone was professional in every way. I was pleased.
