I’m sorry I forgot the girls name, but she was great. And very thorough. Then I spoke to the PA, Vickie and she was great too. She explained in detail what my problem was and called in a Rx for me. I did have a problem with the Rx that has not yet been resolved. I googled it, and it is a real situation with some people. Maybe she will call in a different one, otherwise I’ll have to find another way to deal with it. Kathleen
