My visit began very positive because a new receptionist who likes her job and has great customer service skills got me checked in in record time with a great attitude. Anew and welcomed addition to the office. Julie, the nurse practitioner was an excellent listener and was very knowledgeable about my condition. She was a great help. Wonderful visit overall.
Just like the name they are fast. Hours are super convenient and the staff is amazing. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at a doctors office. They made sure I was very comfortable and informed and had the infection in my ears cleared up before I had to go back to work Monday. They did so good I’m even thinking about making them my primary doctor office. Highly recommend!
The staff is super nice. But I made an appointment online and was still there for an hour and a half. My toddler had ear pain and after an hour or so someone finally came in the room, checked her ears and sent her meds to CVS. I literally waited almost 2 hours for someone to see her for less than 2 minutes. Keep in mind as well... I was the only person in the waiting room.
Excellent care! Highly recommend and the medical staff listen to everything you say. They're kind, compassionate and absolutely amazing.
The nurses and doctors here were wonderful, friendly, and great with kids. Even though they were very busy we got fairly prompt service on a walk-in, and very prompt service with an appointment. One nurse in particular was exceptional with children, making my kids laugh and feel very comfortable.
