Staff was nice and friendly and the wait time was short. My NP, can’t recall her name, was great.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. The receptionist was very friendly, and the nurse practitioner we saw was wonderful. Office was clean and welcoming. Loved the ability to make an appointment and fill out paperwork online!

So after checking in and sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, the receptionist called me at to pay my co-pay and have a sit back down in the lobby. I sat a total of 1hr 53mins in the lobby area. My appointment was at 915am didn't get called back until 10:56am once back was immediately told by the doctor that they don't see patients that have been involved in car accidents to go the er. I immediately walked out behind her and went straight to the receptionist and informed her they didn't see me due to me being in a car ... read more
