Rude office person in the front I did not see the dr I left and went to a different clinic won’t be back
It was a great experience
The nurse practitioner was great and has been every time we have seen her but the nurse was not the friendliest and did not have a good attitude. She asked why we were there and when I told her my daughter was wheezing she said that we needed to go to her PCP for that. I am a nurse also and tried to get her in with her PCP before bringing her there but they did not have any openings with the pediatrician or nurse practitioners and my daughter needed to be seen so we came to Fast Pace. The nurse practitioner I thought did a great job until I realized she lied about the meds she was going to call in. Had an error on the ones she did put in. Never returned the pharmacy voice mail in an hour. Went back by clinic showed her what was received and asked for antibiotic cream cause I purchased otc for the other. She said no problem went back waited another 30 minutes and get the cream I told her I had already purchased. Ok prescription was never called in
It takes absolutely forever to get seen.
I saw the Doctor 1 day and was tested, my symptoms changed and got worse the next day so i wanted to go back just to give myself assurance that it wasn’t anything serious to worry about, they wouldn’t allow me to come back, I thought that was really mean, what if it was something more serious and they turned me away.
