It was fine but I did have to wait an hour to get seen. Yet, there were only two nurses in that day.

Doctor was rude and didn’t listen to me and told me I had something else, and I have been dealing with what’s going on since a child

Appointment was made online for 842 arrived on time. However there was no one in need of immediate care just coughing and sneezing and it was almost 45 minutes before I was seen.

Everything inside the clinic was great however when it came to prescription and call backs, it was lacking.
Very rude staff ..acted as if they didn’t want to service me…wouldn’t even take the time to look up insurance info
I didn’t have a good experience at all.. Me and my son was there from 10am til almost 1pm and he didn’t even receive any medication because he didn’t test positive for flu strep or the virus.. I was very upset because he’s still very sick but she said it was only going to last a couple days.. He has a very heavy cough and nose is running like a faucets and the didn’t do anything for him a waste of time when I could’ve waited on him an a appointment form a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner
Went in for a 3:30 appt for a sinus infection and all wanted was a shot to clear it up in which I normally get a shot about every 3 months to keep my sinus under control and have done so for years!! Fast forward I get called to the back get my vitals check and the nurse tell me my blood pressure was 151/81 in which I considered not to be bad due to taking a few otc to help!
