I tried to do a virtual visit on Saturday. I have an issue with my toenail and the person said I could not receive any oral medicine by a telemed visit I had to be seen in person. I came to the clinic Sunday and was told by a provider they would not prescribe anything oral at all. So, I completely wasted my time and money. The provider did not introduce themselves so I do not know her name. I did not receive a receipt with her name.
I came into you all office for ingrown hair, which swelled my lip the nurse partition prescribe me antibiotics which make me real nauseated with diarrhea. She sent me back to work the following day, not giving me time for my lip to heal and not giving the diarrhea time to really go away. I went to work and my job sent me back home. I cannot work Under these conditions with an Inflame lip.!!!!!…….
My experience was very poorly she sent me back to work. The following day with antibiotics that’s giving me diarrhea and making me nauseated. with a infected swollen lip, do to a ingrown hair
Was dehydrated Stomach pain at an 8 Prescribed Ondansetron And electrolytes
Great customer service but I don’t feel as if my issue was resolved. They gave me something for pain but it wore off and the issue is still persisting.
It is not a fast paced environment. I was there over 2 hours on 5/08/24, and when I was finally seen the NP (didn’t get the name) was only the room for 5 minutes. I am guessing since it was close to closing, I didn’t deserve a proper visit from the NP. Literally nothing was accomplished from that visit!!!!!
Receptionist and RN were fantastic! The Practitioner was mostly useless! Made no real effort to listen and help with a cure or actual problems! Brookhaven/Megan Jackson NP
they are super slow! we waited for hours past our appointment time before we ever got called back.
I was number 1 in line and two people were called before until I asked when was I going to get called. I then heard the clerk say well she must have just sat down and I said I hit that I saved my place on line. I drove from McComb to go to this clinic because it usually is faster. Once I got to that back I was helped in a timely manner.
