Was basically told to suffer with the sinus infection and was given a steroid to help with inflammation only
The receptionist made me feel as if I was bothering her because I was asking questions about the online registration. The nurse was ok. The nurse practitioner V. Jackson wasn’t hands on. Just told me what she was prescribing and barely wanted to answer questions. I was literally in the room with her 1 minute and that’s because I was asking questions. Reminder… this was my first time at the clinic in Canton, Ms
The young lady up front was fantastic and very sweet and helpful. The lady that saw him said she’d send medicine to Madison Walgreens but when we got there no medicine called in, we drove from Canton to Madison. We tried to call clinic before 8 to check why it wasn’t called in, but no answer. Very wasteful of gas and my husband didn’t feel like going but needed the medicine we didn’t get.
The NP Valarie the worst attitude ever screaming your personal business out no privacy . She's the worst they ever hired. The clinic was filthy trash 🗑️ on the floors just nasty I started to clean up myself.
It is maybe my 3rd time there and I never get better after leaving there. I am no doctor but I know what I have been dealing with for years. I am always told it is allergies and giving meds that are for allergies. Then I go see my primary doctor and it is an infection. The service is always nice.
I made an appointment online and arrived 7 minutes before my scheduled time. There was one person in the waiting room when I arrived. The info on the screen in the waiting room indicated that I was number 1 and the other person was number 2. It also showed that I had made an online appointment and the other person had not. However, the other person was called back before I was. I realize the other person was already there when I arrived, but I had made the online appointment a few hours before the time of the appointment. ... read more
