The lady at the front desk was very not helpful she was impatient just like me she slammed the door leaving out the room then after I got prince settled from being so fussy a 2nd nurse came in just as rude !! The man nurse that seen my baby with the glasses was the only somebody ACTING PROFESSIONAL he was a white male with glasses and red hair I very much appreciate him !! The nurse was ok but the lady at front desk was rude
The wait was entirely too long, other patients were put in front of me. I booked an online appointment and didn’t expect the wait to be that long. I was tested for strep throat but the doctor allowed me to leave without actually explaining my illness!
Great! No complaints and everybody very nice.
Everything good. Not a long wait and staff extremely nice. No complaints.

Was basically told to suffer with the sinus infection and was given a steroid to help with inflammation only
The receptionist made me feel as if I was bothering her because I was asking questions about the online registration. The nurse was ok. The nurse practitioner V. Jackson wasn’t hands on. Just told me what she was prescribing and barely wanted to answer questions. I was literally in the room with her 1 minute and that’s because I was asking questions. Reminder… this was my first time at the clinic in Canton, Ms
The young lady up front was fantastic and very sweet and helpful. The lady that saw him said she’d send medicine to Madison Walgreens but when we got there no medicine called in, we drove from Canton to Madison. We tried to call clinic before 8 to check why it wasn’t called in, but no answer. Very wasteful of gas and my husband didn’t feel like going but needed the medicine we didn’t get.
The NP Valarie the worst attitude ever screaming your personal business out no privacy . She's the worst they ever hired. The clinic was filthy trash 🗑️ on the floors just nasty I started to clean up myself.
