At the time I was at Fast Pace Health I did not have to wait extremely long. The staff was thorough in acquiring information b4 and during exam. They had a solution for my symptoms and told me to follow back up if cold continued to linger. My experience was much better than going through an emergency room of hospital. I will say the location in Carthage could use another employee at the front desk to help in checking in patients.
