RecommendedOur first time going today, and we LOVED it here! Faster than going to our regular doctor and a very clean atmosphere! My son also loved the slushie he got after being swabbed for strep! We will definitely be back! So glad we have this place in Carthage!!

RecommendedI have to say I am beyond impressed with our counties new Fast Pace Urgent Care facility .... best feeling in the world walking in the front door to be greeted by 2 familiar sweet faces (Stacy and Wendy) ... and Kelly Boles was great with my daughter we were in and out quickly and very well taken care of.
Was seen by Kelley (based on the sign I saw she is a director). I was very disappointed in the service she gave. The office was empty when I checked in. I didn’t see anyone being seen and there was very few cars in the lot. She came in and it seemed like she could not be bothered because all my tests came back negative (I was tested for the Flu, Bronchitis and I believe COVID) she asked me what bothered me the most I said my ears and nose. Have never had an issue with Fast Pace before, but would give 0/5 stars after todays visit with FNP Kelley Logan. Came in for a wasp sting with swelling that did not subside in 24 hours and a history of allergic reactions. Kelley spent less than 30 seconds total in the room, glanced at my hand and said it looked “fine” and suggested OTC Benadryl. She begrudgingly called in a steroid cream and was not interested in discussing future reactions as this is a reoccurring issue. I would expect better from a place trying to brand... read more
