I waited for 3 hours despite being immunocompromised. I was not asked about previous medical conditions. I had to mention my condition unprompted. I witnessed rooms being left uncleaned for 30 minutes with no patients in the back. Along with this, I also witnessed the NP leave the building to do a gift exchange. I understand that it was Christmas Eve, but that was extremely unprofessional when there were people who were waiting even longer than I had.
