I waited for 3 hours despite being immunocompromised. I was not asked about previous medical conditions. I had to mention my condition unprompted. I witnessed rooms being left uncleaned for 30 minutes with no patients in the back. Along with this, I also witnessed the NP leave the building to do a gift exchange. I understand that it was Christmas Eve, but that was extremely unprofessional when there were people who were waiting even longer than I had. I went in for a cut on my leg. I asked the lady how much would cost before the service she told me $150 about two weeks later they sent me a surprise Bill for $843 so no way I will ever be back that is crazy ridiculous. They can make up their own price after the fact why not charge me $10,000
Idk who assisted me, it was a dark skinned woman with rhinestone glasses, but I at first was impressed by their website and how you can book online. Then when I got there I was first on the list with two others behind me. I went in for symptoms of blurred vision, hands and feet numb tingling, and pain in my hands and back as well as a congestion and cough. This facility didn’t take any test on me they just said I had a stomach virus I paid $25 co pay as requested that’s only receipt they gv me then week later when the company I get reimbursements through told me I needed a itemized receipt not just credit card pmt receipt I called billing they emailed the original receipt which showed pace billed my insurance company $500 for the visit not sure why cause they didn’t do anything
I went in to a great facility clean everyone was great only thing they is I think the the nurse practitioner fell short, she could prescribe anything more than over the counter medication. I went through the medication following the steps to the tee only to have to go to my regular doctor anyway to get the correct diagnosis and correct medication to get better.
After testing positive for Covid with home Test my husband & myself visited your Fast pace health clinic for treatment, I asked for paxlovid due to us both being High risk! We were told that was not an Option the nurse practitioner who we saw Said blood work would have to be done 1st & then monitored ( otc ) excedrin was Recommend & a dry cough rx was called in To pharmacy. 8:00 am the next morning our Primary Care physician ( who we both see ) Called in paxlovid no blood work needed. I went there because I had Covid. I am at risk because of my age and health. I was told that they couldn’t prescribe paxlovid. I was giving cough medicine and told to take excedrine. To me it was a wasted trip. I had to go elsewhere today to get the proper meds.
