After testing positive for Covid with home Test my husband & myself visited your Fast pace health clinic for treatment, I asked for paxlovid due to us both being High risk! We were told that was not an Option the nurse practitioner who we saw Said blood work would have to be done 1st & then monitored ( otc ) excedrin was Recommend & a dry cough rx was called in To pharmacy. 8:00 am the next morning our Primary Care physician ( who we both see ) Called in paxlovid no blood work needed. I went there because I had Covid. I am at risk because of my age and health. I was told that they couldn’t prescribe paxlovid. I was giving cough medicine and told to take excedrine. To me it was a wasted trip. I had to go elsewhere today to get the proper meds.

I had a great experience with our visit for my daughter. It was the first time I had been there. The staff were great and very professional. Thumbs up. I don’t remember the lady’s name at the front desk. But she was very kind and professional.

Quick service and explained suggested course of treatment.
No doctor no laboratory no X-ray service and it takes too long to be seen.the staff are great but they don’t have enough services that can be performed there
