Seemed genuine about their concern for all the pain I was in and so nice and respectful. Went above and beyond to help me. It is a longer drive for me but I will be back to see them again if I need to. No matter how far. These people now the meaning of great customer service.

What a sweet, fantastic team. Check-in was great, even with my German ID and insurance. Pam checked my arm thoroughly and communicated very openly. She recommended I go directly to ER and saw that I was refunded my up-front payment. She had it right from the beginning. She and staff both followed up with me the next day. I am truly amazed!
