Customer service is very good however I did not receive a discharge sheet providing information on diagnosis and follow up. I gave them my symptoms which were mostly upper respiratory. I also told them I had noticed a small amount of blood in my urine. I gave a urine sample. Before I left, I was told my urine was normal. Could that be diagnosed with a strip urine test in less than 15 minutes? I received prescriptions for my “viral” infection. 24 hours later, I am noticing more blood in my urine.
