Patients beware. They take your copay as if they are going to bill for an office visit when they know they are actually going to bill it as outpatient ambulatory service which moves it to a deductible and 80/20. This causes the patient to pay a lot more than they should have to. Other urgent cares do not bill this way. From what BCBS of TN told me they choose to bill this way. Better watch your bank account for months after you visit here. Took several hundred dollars from my bank account 2 months later with no warning. Took my copay and said they accepted my insurance but evidently not so they decided to bill my debit card for the amount they were trying to charge my insurance. Self pay is cheaper than what insurance companies are charged. A courtesy call or letter in the mail would have been nice before they just snatch money from you.

Went there Saturday with congestion and lung pain. low grade temp, was having trouble breathing… and this heffa (Nicole I think) told me to EAT HONEY and take some zinc supplements and sent me home!!! I’ve been sick since then and it’s now Tuesday. Still can’t breathe. I’m snowed in. Can’t go anywhere. Trying to take care of 2 small children by myself. I just wanted a damn steroid shot and maybe some albuterol. But nooooo. HONEY! Paid a $45 copay to be told to go eat HONEY! What a damn joke!

My husband and I went to Fast Pace in Collinwood Sunday. It took us an hour to fill out all of our info on line. As soon as I walked in I gave the receptionist my Medicare card and my husband’s insurance card, we both have Cigna through his employer. The receptionist called us to the desk, she told us our insurance wasn’t any good, that it would costs us $135 each. I used our insurance Friday, it was good, my husband used it again yesterday it was good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Don't go to Fast Pace in Collinwood if you need medical help. The girl at the receptionist desk will tell you that they won't test you after 7:30 even though I called & was checked in by 7:30! I said it's 7:30 now & she literally Laughed and said I know!!! This is not the first time the girl "Amika" was rude to us either! We will NOT be going back! It's very obvious that the health care profession/working for the public is not for her!
