The staff is great. This post has nothing to do with them. But the billing dept will rip you off. They are very rude and trying to get answers to your questions is impossible. Will never use them again.
If Zilla Henricksen is working I will NOT take me or my son back there. VERY unprofessional and disrespectful to me. She doesn't listen to what I was saying just bashing me the entire time when I had to take my son in. its bad when the staff in another office with the door shut can hear her yelling at me. It's only called fast pace because of how fast they want you out of their office every time I've been in the last year they never hear me out on my problems its always a heres some antibiotics and I'm on my way...
Took my child for a sports physical. Instead of the advertised price of $25 I got a bill for $555. Apparently they charged me for a well child exam. Didn't file it through insurance or anything. I called 3 times to get it straightened out all times I was told it would be coded to a physical but I still keep getting a bill for $555. DO NOT recommend this place for any reason. They will lie and rip you off.
The doctor I saw at the Morristown location was wonderful. I initially left a great review, until I received my bill. My insurance was charged $1,300. I didn’t receive an itemized statement, so I assumed this was a mistake. I called the billing department and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I found out about a $99 self pay option. I asked the lady when she answered and she said yes, everything that was performed during my visit would have fallen under that $99 self pay option. When I asked why I wasn’t informed... read more
