Very rude, slow, did not even rule out everything, went to another doctor office and finally got diagnosed. Definitely wasn’t just “allergies”

The staff was great great and knowledgeable I was sent home with three prescriptions that Walgreens could not feel cause they were out of the stuff at the time which was two nose sprays with some calf tablets to help with the cough. I was told to get me some Mucinex over-the-counter if I had a sinus infection why was I prescribed? Anabiotic the mucus and coughing it up has a colored tint to it but overall I had a great experience now I will have to contact my primary doctor and go get some antibiotics. still have not been... read more

I went to Urgent Care on Friday and got diagnosed with an ear infection even after stating my throat was hurting. Sunday morning, I’m at the ER about to get transferred to get treated for an abscess on my tonsils.
The receptionist and nurse were very friendly and helpful. Nurse practitioner came in and never asked me one question. She came in and looked at me and said you have a UTI and I sent a prescription to Walgreens for macrobid.. That was it. She didn’t introduce herself or ask me if I had any concerns or questions. She acted like I was a bother. Very very unprofessional. This is the first negative I’ve ever had at the clinic.
