The ease of making an appt and completing medical info online before the appt was great. The front desk lady was efficient but not very friendly. The LPN Deja was the best part of my experience - friendly, compassionate, gentle. The provider, though thorough, seemed very rushed and disinterested in seeing patients. James Campbell lacked empathy and did not listen too me when I explained my symptoms. He showed no concern and was only in the room 30 seconds. He asked if I just wanted a doctors excuse and said they had nothing at the clinic that would help me. I was there for my sinus I have horrible allergies. He said he did not look up my prior history at the clinic and it does not matter.
Had 3pm appointment. Wasn’t seen until 430. By that time the pharmacy was already closed and I wasn’t able to get meds before leaving town the next morning.
I was seen twice this week for congestion and severe ear pain. I was told my ears were fine and denied an antibiotic. Followed up with ENT the next day and was immediately treated for fluid build- up and an ear infection. Providers need to learn to listen to their patients.
I was treated as expected. Questions were asked and medical history taken. I have an absyss or boil in the vulva area. Very painful. Prescription for problem was sent and filled. Did not drain it. Wish it could have so I could deal with healing.
I went for my throat. All personnel were very nice & professional.
