Front desk lady Michiko Lewis was very rude and never smiled nor greeted me. I had to speak to her first. When I explained I was there for a pre employment screening she looked at her computer and rolled her eyes. Never once asked for my drivers license to verify identity. Would not recommend this clinic

In and out in no time but been in bed not feeling good got shot but still feel horrible
Great customer service … the nurses were great / beautiful & fine !!
The ease of making an appt and completing medical info online before the appt was great. The front desk lady was efficient but not very friendly. The LPN Deja was the best part of my experience - friendly, compassionate, gentle. The provider, though thorough, seemed very rushed and disinterested in seeing patients. I read reviews before I went and so many spoke of how wonderfully they were treated. I was disappointed, not so much with the medical attention but more so with the attitudes of the workers. James Campbell lacked empathy and did not listen too me when I explained my symptoms. He showed no concern and was only in the room 30 seconds. He asked if I just wanted a doctors excuse and said they had nothing at the clinic that would help me. I was there for my sinus I have horrible allergies. He said he did not look up my prior history at the clinic and it does not matter.
Had 3pm appointment. Wasn’t seen until 430. By that time the pharmacy was already closed and I wasn’t able to get meds before leaving town the next morning.
