This location had very nice and friendly staff. From my call to the office asking how they work appointments or scheduling ahead online, to finishing my appointment everyone was very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly taking care of me in a timely manner. My appointment time was 12:00pm and I was done and out by a few minutes after 1:00pm.
Staff is great and friendly. Took a good cut to the leg and they stitched it up nice and neat.for some reason if you come across the 1- only one worker that I've ever encountered that may not be so pleasant just remember we all may have something going on. Pretty fast service considering it's the only knowledgeable medical staff around for a big community that most use around here. I would trust them again to help me. Staff was friendly and professional. Wait time more than acceptable. If they left it at that, I would given them a five star rating - if I normally completed surveys. However, the constant barrage of emails and text messages to rate their service is over the top. You can't ignore them as they will continually send reminders....I'm over a week past my appt. and finally responded to yet another reminder today in hopes the constant reminders stop - they got there rating. Yes, I could have blocked them, but didn't......
I was very pleased that this walk in clinic was open and available to take me in as a patient on a Saturday and it was a holiday weekend. They were so kind and caring . I could not have ask for better care. Thank you so much for being available on a weekend to see patients.
From the front staff to the providers, I felt cared for and heard. They are prompt while also displaying phenomenal bedside manners. I’ve been a patient, as well as my children and each time we go we are treated with respect. I prefer this office to my kids’ pediatrician, and I think that speaks volumes.
