The front desk lady was rude to an older lady and then myself. We waited for an hour in the waiting room and was the 2nd person to walk in. Then we get tests for flu Covid and strep and it takes another 45 min for the doctor to come in. The door doesn't work in the front waiting room and the complete experience was crap! The doctor wouldn't even give my child a cough suppressant and he tested positive for flu b and can’t even sleep without coughing with over the counter meds. RecommendedThe Covington has been great in the past. I was in there September 5,2023 with my grandson 1 yr old for pink eye. I checked in at 12:30 and came out at 3:00. Ridiculous and took 1 min to look in eyes
I do not recommend this place even for a flu shot, the providers do not listen to people’s complaints. My 1 year old son, who I called prior to bringing him and verified they would see.. had retracted breathing and RSV positive, the NP would not exam his breathing after me begging her to do so 3 times. I asked her 3 separate times if my son needed to go to lebonehur and she kind of laughed it off and said no. It should NOT take 3 hours to be seen at a “fast”pace clinic; with an appointment!!! Last time here for sure!

I do not recommend them because I went for a problem. I checked in on the internet for a 1:14 time frame. Get there and the staff is literally having a party in the back while several people are waiting up front. Finally get to the back, and they come in to get the standard vitals and ask questions. The doctor never came to see me. I have fibromyalgia and was having pain all over. She put in orders for a Covid test, a pregnancy test, and a urine test. None of which she come to talk to me. Both Millington and Covington locations denied care prior to closing time. Both locations were rude when answering the phone when they did decide to finally answer the phone.
