I would not recommend the Covington office. they do not know what they are doing today at the front desk and I was denied care from them. i went to millington and was able to be seen with no problems.
I came in barely walking, I had mussels stress & could hardly walk. They accessed my medical challenge & I left out strutting like Tina Turner, almost, but within 2 hours my pain was 90 0/0 better. Lol(: This is the place to go when you can't see your Dr. for urgent care. Thanks Fast Pace for being in our community.
My daughter and went in and 6 people that came in after us were taken back. I asked what was going on and they said it was because it was our first visit and they had to get everything entered (even though some had the same paperwork as us). I was assured we were next in line. They called back a gentleman who had barely been there next. I politely told them to give our spots to the next people in line. Went in January15 -saw a roach in waiting room-urine spot and top of syringe on floor of exam room-very rude doctor "diagnosed" me with arthritis due to my "age"(49) before any physical exam at all-will never go back
Horrible. Rude receptionist. Said my daughters insurance wasn't valid just by looking at the card, didn't even look her up to check. I called and it IS valid. Stop taking people well before the "closing" time.
Drove all the way to Covington for help with this fever and headache. They refused service because I did not have an insurance card(new employee) despite the letter confirming service and the ability to pull it up online. Then refused self pay because I had confirmed I had insurance...
Complete opposite of name, not fast at all. Staff is friendly tho
