From check in to checkout the process was so easy. The front desk was very pleasant and greeted me in a friendly kind and professional manner. My provider Patricia Roysden was very thorough in my exam from checking my ears, throat and listening to my chest. She was very kind and professional. My medication was called in quickly and she had me feeling 100% better with the injection and medication she prescribed. I was in and out within 30 minutes from start to finish! I was from out of town they treated me very well. The wait was not very long and when they took you in the back to a room I did not have to sit 45 minutes til someone came in they were right there took care of my needs
