Had an issue w my eye, diagnosed n provided an antibiotic script. Sadly, the nurse who attended to me name escapes me. She was caring, had a gentle touch but I cannot remember her name😞

I fell and broke my wrist, the receptionist filled out the paperwork for me, very patient and caring. Although I did wait , they checked on my status to see if my wrist needed stabilized.. Christi, who took the X-rays and helped get on the temporary splint, was especially tender and caring. Everyone took great care of me. Much appreciated

The office visit was great, prompt, polite and the PA was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The only issues were when I went to Walgreens to pick up 2 prescriptions. They only had one. So I called the office and was assured the 2nd one woujd be called in. After a while it still wasn’t there and I had to call again. They allowed us to spend about an extra hour at Walgreens waiting.

Was able to make an appt on the phone, was seen about 15 minutes after appt time which was great considering how busy they were. Staff had paperwork waiting and was able to complete and return before visit ended.
