The staff is very professional and friendly
I have visited this urgent care several times in the past 2 years and have found it to be the most efficiently run urgent care I’ve ever used. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes after arriving. Yesterday I scheduled online and had been checked in, seen and had left about 3 minutes after my estimated time and there were 7 in front of me when I set it up. Second time I used Fast Pace specifically for treatment for pneumonia type symptoms. Was diagnosed and prescribed steroids and antibiotic’s which cleared the symptoms!
Everyone was very nice. I was a walk-in bat didn’t have to wait long. They were very professional .
I liked how easy the online appointment scheduling process was and how I was able to easily reschedule a different time that day. I finished everything I needed to get done earlier than expected so I was glad I could change my appointment to an hour earlier. Check in process was smooth and I was third in line but it quickly updated and I was in a room in no time.
