Everyone was great
I was happy to have my possible UTI ruled out. I just needed a lab, which I gave when I got there. It should have been a less than 5 min thing once the UA resulted. I was happy from the stand point of getting it ruled out, but I shouldn’t have had to wait over an hour to be told my UA was negative. This place could definitely learn some better efficiency. I checked in online which made the process so easy! The nurse was so kind and made me feel comfortable. The physician was empathic and helpful! She gave me clear instructions and let me know the next steps! I will be back and I would recommend to anyone!
