Complete waste of time and money. Long wait. After the nurse left, another lady came in. She never introduced herself; don't know if she was supposed to be a doctor or nurse practioner or janitor. I told her I had a kidney stone. She told me I did not. She prescribed medication for a UTI that I didn't take. (When I researched one of them, it said not to take for more than 3 days because it causes kidney damage. She did not tell me that; she lied about what it was for.) Checked in at 5:30 they made me wait until 6:45 and realized they couldn’t see everyone and sent us all away!
horrible service...didn't do half of what they should of...even though I looked and contacted them via messenger asking if they offered services I knew I needed. they said they offered all of them. I was excited at first very disappointed in the end. Horrible service....Never again!!! save your money go some where else!

I have been here 20 minutes PAST my “scheduled time” and I was next.. my name was removed from the monitor and this guy was beneath me, he leaves and comes back and was seen before me and as soon as he walked in! Definitely not friendly and the customer service is TERRIBLE.

Needed to be seen due to being very dizzy and was told I needed a COVID test done. They told me to drive myself to the ER after I told them I felt like I was going to pass out. Lol. Wow. Great advice. Thanks a lot.

Prior to today, I would have recommended this urgent care. I’ve been able to be seen safely during COVID times and have been able to wait in my car and even be seen by the provider while in my car. However, today I was advised that I’d need to wait in a packed waiting room for an hour with sick patients. That’s honestly so negligent due to current circumstances. Do not recommend.
My provider did awesome,I hope if I go back I get her again,I would want her as my Dr or my nurse practitioner all the time if I could
