The NP was phenomenal but the young lady at the desk was extremely rude and rolled her eyes multiple times while I am struggling in pain and it was evident. It’s my fault I didn’t bring a hard copy of my drivers license. When I visited a week ago they said I didn’t need it. I offered to let her see it on the MS Mobile ID site to confirm my identity. It took 4 hours to get a school sports physical. I could have went to the ER and got it done sooner than that. That was too long to wait for something that I was not getting medicine for
Everything was good, even the nurse EXCEPT she stated my social security number out loud with the patient’s door open several times. My suggestion would be to say it lower or close the patient’s room door.
