All staff members were very courteous and extremely helpful.. I loved the way they perform Covid testing, absolutely painless!! Not uncomfortable at all!! Every medical facility needs to follow their process!

Service was good. The fact that I I to fill out the same registration and paperwork every time I visit is frustrating. Just ask me if anything has changed. Don’t make me fill out the same information over and over again.

Calling to make an appointment was very confusing and not a pleasant or manageable experience. I wasn’t greeted in any way upon entering or even told how to sign in or check in. The woman at the front desk was helping another patient but even after she finished speaking to the other patient she did not speak to me at all. When I figured out how to put myself in line, I looked at the queue and saw that I was second in line. Once I was called back. I sat in the exam room with my daughter for almost an hour. 3 people ahead of me.. waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Dr. said there was nothing they could do for my severe knee pain. Take Tylenol and we can make another appointment later to see how things are doing. Gave me a prescription for topical cream.. but it was never put in. Nice people.. but slow and seemed like they just want to get you back later for more business.
Had appointment with Laura Bolelwell at 9:00 am. Was called back at 10:00, waited another fifteen minutes before someone cam in. Whom was not Laura, didn’t know casee. I just wanted to get out of there. Than I found out later that Laura did not work there any more. No one mentioned that to me while I was there.
Got me in without having to wait and spread Covid in the waiting room. The young assistant was very nice and knowledgeable. The NP was very helpful and reviewed my medications before he made in decisions.
I went to Fast Pace clinic on Mothers Day and there was a NP named Meghan and her nurse (Susan. They were very professional and show concern for my experience. I would recommend them to anyone seeking high quality healthcare.
