Wait time in lobby was acceptable, time in the room was also acceptable due the fact that it was one provider and other patients, provider was very thorough, she listened to my concerns as a parent… gave clear instructions on medication… Mrs Dawn is a great Provider and her staff was awesome in taking care of my son

The front desk staff were professional and empathetic. The wait time was considerable for an extremely busy medical office with only 1 provider. The provider has a welcoming and concerning spirit about her. I like that she asked me many questions and assessed me up close…and she took notes. So many providers are just not hands on and I don’t like that because if makes me feel that they just want me in and out. They walk in and ask what’s wrong, write a prescription and you’re out. Very well. My practitioner was very polite and helpful. My prescription medications were ready at the pharmacy when I arrived.

I went to Fast Pace bc I thought it would be faster service. I had to wait over an hour but I realize it’s first come first served since it’s no appointments. The medical service was excellent.
