Called ahead to see if they would see me for an eye injury and they got me in pretty quick. Receptionist was kind and punctual. The assisting nurse was very informative and took time to hear my reason for visit. The acting physician was superb and was very knowledgeable on the injury and worked very carefully and precisely to attempt to ease my discomfort. My injury required an eye specialist but the physician was very determined and compassionate. Highly recommend this location for any non life threatening medical concern.

There was a very short wait time. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The PA we seen was awesome, he was patient and kind. He actually let my daughter explain her symptoms and what was going on (mind you she is only 7). The waiting for the test result was very short and fast. Her medication was called in and the pharmacy happened to be closed and he had it sent to a different one so her medication could be started that night instead of waiting till the morning. The over all experience was out standing.

One suggestion. There were 1 or 2 others besides myself that came in as walk-ins for drug screens only. I would suggest a way to stream line these customers. Perhaps a separate line for those to be worked in more promptly. Once paperwork was finished and the urine screen taking less than 5 minutes, there may be a more efficient way to handle drug screen only patients. All your staff was wonderful and professional.
