Medical staff were friendly and professional
All interaction with staff was great. They were all super nice & the doctor I seen was very friendly and wanted to help me anyway she could. Also explained everything very well and ask if I had any questions.
Very good at explaining everything
My first time experience was great, The staff was very professional and my husband and I were greeted when we entered with a nice smile.The front started out with a small computer issue nothing that they didn’t have control over and it was handled very well. So over all my first experience was very comforting and the staff were well mannered. I was assisted by the nurse practitioner, she was wonderful and very professional at doing her job. Thank you all for being open after Christmas.
Quick service and very efficient treatment: I was stunned with such successful treatment on my first visit.

PA Alex is nice but incompetent. Got a totally wrong diagnosis and ended up spending 4 days in the hospital. Transported via ambulance. He should not be in patient care
The front desk lady was not very educated about how the insurance copays work. She was not a very pleasant lady. She made me feel as if I was a bother to her for being there. The nurse and NP were both nice . I was told by the Np if not better to call and they would call me in some more medicine. I called and nobody seems to care to help get that prescription called in .
