they have bad billing practices look at the Better Business Bureau at the compliance charging the insurance $800 for a five-minute visit and then you get the bill for the rest of it
Went in for an abscess and was told they aren’t equipped to handle it, BUT then they turned around and gave me medical supplies to open it myself. Do not waste your time or money!
Turned away my 4 year old daughter with a 101.8 degree fever during a tornado warning.
I never leave a negative review on social media, but Fast Pace most certainly deserves it. My husband took my daughter there with 101.8 fever this evening. Because of flooding on our road, he had to take a longer route. He arrived at 5:45. They close at 6:00. They refused to see my daughter and told them to leave. There was also an active tornado warning in the county at this time. I cannot reconcile how anyone could turn away a sick child during a tornado warning, especially within business hours. It is absolutely awful.
Parking lot empty, showed up an hour or 45 minutes before closing with a sick child. Refused to be seen over a patient cap aka we wanna get off early. Change your hours!

Very disappointed in my visit. I went on Saturday stayed for 2 1/2 hours to find out I have a cracked rib. They did nothing but give me a steroid shot and an ace bandage. When asked about controlling the pain I was told to take ibuprofen which I already told them I was taking every 4 hours and not helping. I called back on Monday and they said they would call me in something. Guess what?! Ibuprofen! I could have saved money by not going if I knew they weren't going to help. This rib thing is no joke.
