RecommendedI did not have a long wait . tried to be as thorough as possible with my symptoms , and them they worked for over 3 hrs tryi g to get my ear cleaned out from being impacked. They were not able to completely get it taken care of BUT are supose to be making an appointment for me with a specialist. Went in with my daughter this past Tuesday for my daughter to get her hand looked at because she got bit by something waited 2 hours only for the doc to come in like 5 mins and didn't even really look at her hand. My daughter tried showing the doctor her hand and she looked at from a far and said that looks like a cigarette burn even after my daughter who is 8 told her she got bit by a bug. PA was great, they always are! Almost always have a good experience here. Nurse promised my son a slushee and never came back! I get that you are busy but don't do that to a kid! He would've loved to have it especially since he had strep & a sore throat. Receptionist was rude, had to bite my tongue to keep from giving her the same!
I went to the clinic on Sunday evening. My experience at the clinic was great. I began to feel worse on the following Wednesday and called the clinic to see if they could call me in another prescription. The lady advised they would. Nothing. I called this morning and told them I am still feeling bad, and asked if the could call me something in.... I called back at noon to check on it and was told they are still working on it. My husband went to Fast Pace with chest pain and fever, The flu test was negative so they did an xray that showed pneumonia. They never listened to his lungs or made an effort to do a full exam. Looked at the xray, gave him a shot and sent him home. He starting feeling worse so I took him to another Dr the next morning. It's very upsetting because his symptoms could have been treated properly if they had taken the time to actually see the patient.
Both times there the lady in the front was either in the back laughing with other nurses for 10 minutes before I had to interrupt then to get service. After getting called into the back room I waited 25 minutes before someone came in (the whole time back there I got to listen to this nurse's family drama). Last time, she was too busy making follow up calls. Couldn't even hold her finger up to say one minute. Completely got ignored.
