I went into Fast Pace Huntingdon Tn tonight with my son. I needed him to have a chest x-ray, clearly advertised out on a sign outside that x-ray services are available and being that one would think that they would have a tech there at all operating hours. That is not the case and we waited 30 minutes in the waiting room because the lady at the front desk didn’t ask us what we were there for. Um time management for one. Too expensive for subpar service. if I were paying this much, I'd expect a cure for cancer.

Fast Pace in Huntingdon is an absolute joke! I completely understand they maybe low staffed and there are a lot of people sick. But when you schedule an appt at 12:30 wait in your car until 1:45 and call them to ask if they're going to get you back in time to be seen because you have to pick up your child from school at 2:40 and they say you have plenty of time because it will be 3:00 or after before they will call you back. Fast Pace in Huntingdon is a freakin joke, low end healthcare like Fantastic Sam’s is to the salon industry…The nurse that I just spoke to on the phone would not listen to a word I told her. She even admitted that she was confused and didn’t understand what I was saying. I know Huntingdon is small but we really need better options with educated people who listen and are able to communicate with patients. Apt at 10:50 got in little before 11:30 waited in room till 12:45 in which at this point I had enough went to desk to get co pay back there is no sense in what is suppose to be a walk-in but u now have to make appointment and in over 2 hours you still have not seen a doctor

The worse experience ever waited over a hour to get skipped in line 2 times so I got up and walked out will not ever go back to that place!!!!

I have always had a good experience with Fast Pace urgent care up until last night.I got sick late that afternoon and had a fever that kept going up on top of congestion,runny nose.I have felt awful.I called the lady at the front desk to see what I needed to do it was 7:40 and they closed at 8 she repeated this and literally scoffed at me over the phone all because they did not want me coming in 20 min before close and was rude even tho I told them I was there.I go in and the nurse did not hardly speak and did not give me an... read more
