Wouldn’t take my dog here. Terrible customer service. Told me I could pay them $75 up front or give them my debit card number. I have insurance. I told them I went to the Paris location not even two months ago, and I was never told this. The lady replied, “Um yeah, it’s new.” Screw you. I have been to Fast Pace a few times and has alwsys had wonderful care. But Saturday ,3-16-2019, I went there because my doctors office was closed. The service was hood but when it came time to het meds it took from Saturday to Monday morning to get my medicine called in to the pharmacy. When it wasn't called in Saturday, I called them and the lady said she would call it in as soon as we got off the phone, but no medicine was called in. I did not report this the day it happened because I needed to give myself time to calm down and time to take care of my sick child. Today I received at text message asking me “how likely I was to recommend Fast Pace to a Friend” and after this experience I will never recommend them taking their child to see the particular FNP that we saw during this visit. Went to Fast Pace and never even got to see Dr. He was in the next room for almost an hour. All I could hear was a lot of laughing. I have never had this kind of problem in there before and also have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back.
I have always had a great experience anytime I have ever needed to go until Wednesday night. I took my 1 year old daughter in for a 103.7 fever, not eating, and diarrhea. They listened to her heart and lungs and checked her ears, that was it. The doctor told me everything was fine and she was probably just teething. Overnight her fever spiked to 105. I took her to the Evan's Clinic on Thursday who swabbed her for the flu and had a complete blood panel drawn. After the results they admitted us to the hospital. I am overall di... read more
Arrived at 1:00 today and didn't see a caregiver until almost 3:00. The place was packed when I arrived and was packed when I left. This message is for the Board of Directors, "Please get another caregiver in there on Saturdays and Sundays. Angela Warren was doing the best she could. By the way, Tri-County Family Medicine is closed on the weekends now, so everyone prefers to go to Fast Pace, than the hospital. Get a clue...
I've been here numerous times, and the last couple of times I've been really disappointed. This last time was on Monday. We took our eight month old daughter in, who is showing every sign of RSV that there is, but Fast Pace wouldn't run any tests on her because "everyone who comes in with it has been running a fever". Regardless of that fact, when my oldest daughter had RSV, she only ran a fever for a day, but had symptoms for up to two weeks. My child has been having a very hard time breathing. I went to FastPace yesterday since I'm away from home being at school. I came in with sinus issues and when the nurse practitioner came in she barely examined me and asked if I wanted a shot. A shot for what? I wasn't told if I had a sinus infection, allergies, or anything. Well I left and I had about a 20 minute drive back to school and it's a good thing it wasn't any longer of a drive because apparently the shot they gave me makes you drowsy. I wasn't told about that either.
