Very friendly, the provider Brandy was doing everything because the MA had to leave due to illness. There needs to be more MAs so this doesn’t happen
I love the assistant that comes in to do vitals and speak with us about initial symptoms, she does swabs and is always SO kind and patient. She’s a gem.
