The check in experience was not very personable but the medical assistant was excellent with my son I don’t remember her name.
Spent 160 dollars just to get my blood pressure checked when I really feel like there something wrong with me

I have used this place since it opened in Jacksonville Alabama. But they are severely understaffed, long wait times aren’t on the doctor it’s a manning problem. The doctor I spoke to was great but the 4 hours I was there could easily be solved by another doctor on staff
Very friendly, the provider Brandy was doing everything because the MA had to leave due to illness. There needs to be more MAs so this doesn’t happen
I love the assistant that comes in to do vitals and speak with us about initial symptoms, she does swabs and is always SO kind and patient. She’s a gem.
