Sent me to ER with a UTI that could have been treated with antibiotics. Instead I sat 5.5 hours in a hospital hallway bed because they were so full. What happened? I got a script for antibiotics and was made to make my copay of $500 before I could leave.

Despite the provider telling me she would call me something in if my labs came back showing no bacteria she did not and requested I come back in to be “reevaluated” even though I was seen 3 days prior. I have to pay for my visits so I don’t feel it necessary for another visit when I feel the exact same. I will not return to pay and just be told to rest.

First of all they never answer their phone. I was super sick trying to call in for a refill of antibiotics. When I was there they forgot about me for 30 min in the room. They even said sorry for forgetting about me.
