The staff is so nice. The wait time is short. They listen to my concerns and help to solve them. They are thorough. In checking your symptoms and well being.

I am in love with the doc who saw me. She was very patient, made sure I understood what had happened and how to deal with it. Finding someone who is not abrupt and supportive is kind of tough these days. Often, staff and even doctors act like you are simply wasting their time despite the steel rod protruding from your arm (sarcasm) but you get the point.
