Not sure how when I checked my spot online before I left my house (5 minutes away) I was 1, arrived 15 minutes before my time (checked spot again because I see people were already waiting, still 1), yet went back 4th?

Everyone’s was nice, but as I came in for a physical for a job, I explained to them I was stressed du to a major tooth ache which is why my blood pressure was high, and I explained my job title, and my answers weren’t important to these ladies.

The provider (S. Bond) was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to see my son. I love the other Fast pace locations and providers, however I will NOT be back at the middlebrook location as these are the rudest staff EVER!
Doctor was nice Nurse was nice but should of given me Tylenol when she seen I had a fever
The staff was rude and unprofessional. They did nothing at all to help me.
Took very long just to take a urine sample. Almost an hour waiting with only 2 other patients in the clinic. Really just extremely understaffed. That’s why I’m not giving a 5 star. Because even though they were understaffed, they were very professional and nice.
