Everything was good other than longer than usual wait in the lobby, not sure what happened to cause that since there wasn’t that many patients. The PA was very nice & did thorough exam & explained everything to me.

The Receptionist that greets you when you come in is always welcoming… The Triage is awesome…the kiddos are very comfortable around her..and she’s always gentle. And the Doctor/Doctors are very knowledgeable and pleasant and they love taking are of people,,

The Western Ave location is a well ran business. Registered and set appointment online. Front desk text when it’s your apt time. Everyone was very professional and thorough. Much appreciated!!

The Triage Nurse was very gentle with the kids…and the Doctor took the time to examine both kids thoroughly and discuss his concerns and he made sure I understood their diagnosis.

Registration employee was very nice and pleasant. It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to get seen. Once in the clinical area the nurse and provider was very attentive to my needs. I will be back
