Was wonderful to be able to get in and get my stitches taken care of quickly and professionally. Appreciate not having to spend an entire day at the ER to take care of it.

Good staff. Did not have to wait long. Hate the on line scheduling / registering process and then filling out more paperwork on site. If I'm already in the system , don't see the use other than updating insurance card / ID. If you're sick, nobody feels like doing BS paperwork.

We went to the Western Avenue location and received excellent help. The staff was friendly and got us in right away. The doctor, Aaron Archer, saw my child. He was so kind and reassuring during a difficult time. He went above and beyond to make sure that my child’s infection did not spread/worsen. He knew just the medicines to prescribe and was so reassuring and informative answering all my questions.
