Everyone was kind, down-to-earth, and communicated thoroughly and clearly. I loved knowing our place in line when we were in the waiting room. I felt respected when the doctor told us our options and let us decide how to move forward.

All staff members were courteous, compassionate, and professional. The physical setting was clean and tidy. They asked a lot of questions to get all needed information so they could make an informed decision on my treatment. Shelby, the NP, was not hasty in her care for me. She gave me thorough instructions, answered my questions, took time cleaning my dog bite, and provided extra bandages for me to change my dressing at home. Everything was great. From scheduling , the receptionist, nurse check in and the NP. They were all great. I felt well taken care of. I will for sure use them again.
