I came in as a walk in and even though it was a very busy day the visit went well. Check in process was very smooth and easy. I was taken back in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was efficient and concerned about getting a detailed history and physical. Jennifer, the Nurse Practitioner on duty, was thorough and knowledgeable and knowing that I was a nurse she took into consideration my thoughts on my treatment plan.
