Prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy, and this was late on a Friday, so I couldn’t get it changed until the following Monday. The prescription was for antibiotics for a severe cat bite.

Dr was terrible. Didn’t even listen to my lungs. Told me I tested negative for everything… I refused a covid test. So how was I negative ? I usually drive to Hartsville and didn’t that day, will drive further next time.

I had an appointment at 2:30 I was on time and I wasn't seen until 4:00. What would happened if I was an hour and half late? I know what they wouldn't have seen me. What is the purpose of having anappointment? I don't plan on going back.
Very long waited time. I honestly think it could be improved. I waited almost 20-30 minutes after I arrived early to be seen.
Well not the best I ever had at Fast Pace. There was no X-ray tech and that was what I really needed. I was in a lot of pain the steroid shot and meds they prescribed did help , but with my type pain shoulder blade and shoulder stabbing pain with movement. I if I’d wanted to go to the hospital in town for X-rays I’d went there instead of fast pace clinic. It’s takes 35 mile drive to my PCP and I did not have any one to take me that far. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen. I waited over 30 minutes before I was called back to give the sample. Also, I was surprised that I was not required to sign seals on my sample after collection. There was no verification process to insure the sample I gave was the sample that was tested. With any other drug screen I have done in the past there was a chain of custody that had to be completed after the sample was collected.
The person up front was just not friendly as I would expect. The physican was great. Getting in was neither fast paced or urgent.
Was pretty normal - estimated appointment time was at 10:15, but wasn’t seen until 11:15. Other than that, super nice staff and adequate care
Service was extremely slow. No sense of urgency. All others were getting slow service as well. A man with his wife and small son who was sick left without being seen.
