I was there for a pre-employment drug screen. I waited over 30 minutes before I was called back to give the sample. Also, I was surprised that I was not required to sign seals on my sample after collection. There was no verification process to insure the sample I gave was the sample that was tested. With any other drug screen I have done in the past there was a chain of custody that had to be completed after the sample was collected.
The person up front was just not friendly as I would expect. The physican was great. Getting in was neither fast paced or urgent.
Was pretty normal - estimated appointment time was at 10:15, but wasn’t seen until 11:15. Other than that, super nice staff and adequate care
Service was extremely slow. No sense of urgency. All others were getting slow service as well. A man with his wife and small son who was sick left without being seen.
I registered online and sent my insurance information as requested. I did not find out until my appointment that the facility was no longer taking my insurance so I had to pay $185 out of pocket just to be seen and I was sick and this facility was showing as in network with Bright Healthcare on their website. Made my appointment the day before and someone could have notified me that they were not taking my insurance so I could have possibly gotten in with another provider but not a response until I arrived and signed in.
