The women were degrading and accusatory as if they had a personal vendetta an claimed that I not only falsified a specimen but that their temperature stickers werenāt reading when urine is supposed to be covered once collected once leaving body it immediately loses sterility and temperature drops. Very unprofessional.Ā

Prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy, and this was late on a Friday, so I couldnāt get it changed until the following Monday. The prescription was for antibiotics for a severe cat bite.Ā

Dr was terrible. Didnāt even listen to my lungs. Told me I tested negative for everything⦠I refused a covid test. So how was I negative ? I usually drive to Hartsville and didnāt that day, will drive further next time.Ā

I had an appointment at 2:30 I was on time and I wasn't seen until 4:00. What would happened if I was an hour and half late? I know what they wouldn't have seen me. What is the purpose of having anappointment? I don't plan on going back.Ā
Very long waited time. I honestly think it could be improved. I waited almost 20-30 minutes after I arrived early to be seen.Ā
Well not the best I ever had at Fast Pace. There was no X-ray tech and that was what I really needed. I was in a lot of pain the steroid shot and meds they prescribed did help , but with my type pain shoulder blade and shoulder stabbing pain with movement. I if Iād wanted to go to the hospital in town for X-rays Iād went there instead of fast pace clinic. Itās takes 35 mile drive to my PCP and I did not have any one to take me that far. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen. I waited over 30 minutes before I was called back to give the sample. Also, I was surprised that I was not required to sign seals on my sample after collection. There was no verification process to insure the sample I gave was the sample that was tested. With any other drug screen I have done in the past there was a chain of custody that had to be completed after the sample was collected.Ā
