Great. Medical staff was attentive professional and addressed all complaints. Very attentive to Everhett as he is two to make him comfortable. Clerical staff at front desk, had to ask same questions several times like she was unsure of her job. Instead of calling back to window to ask question, questions were asked in loud voice across waiting room. When I went back to window she was on her cell phone. Maybe more training in professionalism. Otherwise visit was good experience.

Glad to have this clinic as alternative in my community. I had an appointment but still had to wait about 40 minutes before being seen by the PA. I checked in prior to my appointment.. I was taken back and my vitals taken in a timely manner, but then had to wait in the room for almost 45 minutes. Everyone was polite and professional.
