Once again I come here cause my doctors office was closed. It was the same physician as the last time. Not listening to what always works for me nor looking in my chart to see what past physicians have done that seems to always work. Her name was Stephanie but it doesn’t come up on the list.

This is the first time in Livingston I have had an issue with this place. It wasn’t busy I was there for 2 hours and the physician would not take the time to listen. I’m the point of thinking I would be better off going to the er.

Horrible! Set my appointment online at 8 this morning and waited an hour and people that came in after me went back before us. They could have cared less! Go to a real doctors office, it would be FASTER.

Spent 2 hours there just to say I had a stomach bug. Didn’t get seen for the first hour, then finally got brought back and wasn’t seen for another 30 mins. Two people got brought into the room next to me and were gone before I was. I understand there are emergencies and other appointments, but I felt like they forgot me and nobody even came to check on me.

Went to be seen due to waking up feeling sick. Sore throat, headache, etc. I wanted a shot of rosephin to get ahead of it before I got significantly sick. After testing negative for COVID, Flu and strep the female NP told me she wanted me to have symptoms for 4-6 days before giving me meds. I’m now extremely sick and this could have been prevented.

Treated me but I was there about 2 hours about 15 minutes in waiting room they wasn’t to bad about 145 minutes in the room it was just me and one more there
